Hello... i executed this Catterpilar Bread at 17th Aug 2014, based on the recipe i saw at 11st Aug 2014.. so as i promised, i will show you the result...
I started on Sunday Morning, right after i got up.. at first, i wanted to try making the dough using a phillip hand mixer i borrowed from my mom, because my right hand has been hurt since the last 1,5 months and i keep using it for kneading my bread doughs all along, including the pizza dough i made the day before.. if you want to know the recipe for the pizza dough, here is the related post (pizza dough by Peter Reinhartz and JTT).
I prepared the ingredients and throw it into the mixing bowl and try to mix it by mixer.. but.. i attached the wrong hook, so finally i just kneaded it by my left hand.. I punched the dough, maybe it took around 5 minutes to make it ready, but its not really long. i will time it next time so i can tell here the exact time it took actually.

After the dough is ready for fermentation, i let it rest for 1 hour. Cover it with the kitchen towel, set the timer, then i went to bath, and went shopping to the store near to my house. This dough, it will be enough for 6 breads, but i will only make 3 breads, and keep half of the dough in the freezer for future bake.
I bought 1 pack of sausage (3 pcs of sausage, just as i need for the catterpilar bread), some cabbage (i wanted to make tsukemono), i will tell you how to make it in other post if i already have time to take picture, bougth some rice, tofu, and some eggs.
Returned home, i checked my timer, oh, the time has passed by 18 minutes !! Quickly i checked the dough, prepared a plastic bag to keep the half part in the freezer, then i started to weight the dough. half of it, i divided by 3 for the 3 bread, and put other half in the plastic bag and cover some oil over the dough so it won't stick to the bag.
To Be Continued..
