Mango Yeast Bread - Made as Cinnamon Rolls



I add mango in the ingredients, and the bread's colour turned yellow :D how fun !! It stays soft after 3rd day in room temperature.. such a nice bread, in my opinion.

This one is based on the Banana Yeast Bread by Amal's Kitchen, only i made some modification. I used whipping cream instead of water, and i used mango instead of banana. I made the sugar by 10 grams less and used coconut oil.

Very recommended !!
