Donat Kentang Tanpa Ulen (Ulen Sedikit Ajaaa) No Knead Potato Donuts

Baking again after so many years, starting with Potato Donuts a.k.a. donat kentang in bahasa.




Ingredients :
100 ml  Warm Water
4 tbsp    Castor Sugar
1 tsp      Instant Yeast

250 gr   Medium Protein Flour
3 tbsp    Milk Flour
1/2 tsp   Double Acting Baking Powder

100 gr   Steamed Potato 
2            Egg Yolks
2 tbsp    Margarine
1 pinch  Salt

How To Make :
1. Prepare warm water in a glass, mix in 1 tbsp of sugar & Instant Yeast, after mixed well, put aside for around 10 minutes until it has bubles

2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
3. Mix in the liquid from No. 1 (Yeast),  egg yolks,  margarine, salt and steamed potato to the Flour Mix
4. Mix all with spatula / forks until well combined
5. Put plastic wrap or towel, set aside for around 40 minutes to 1 hour untill it is doubled in size.
6. Mix again the dough by hand, divide to 12
7. Make 12 balls of small dough,  put your finger to the center, cover the dough again with plastic wrap, wait untill it is double in size
8. Prepare Cooking Oil, fry the dough untill golden brown, don't forget to flip during process
9. Wait till cool, sprinkel castor sugar to your taste..

Enjoy !! This is still very delicious and soft even after 1 day :)
