Ingredients :
1 Cup Plain Milk
3,5 Cup White All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
1/4 Cup Dairy Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Pork with Shitake
1 Tbsp Mayonaise
1/8 Cup Dried Herbs, I used Parsley and Basil Leaves
1,5 Tsp Active Dry Yeast (I used Fermipan)
How to Make :
Mix and Knead so it is well combined.
Make round ball, put in a lightly greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
Let sit for around 40 minutes or until double in size.
Weigh the dough around 60-65 grams each, make 12 small balls.
Let sit for another 40 minutes.
Heat the oven at 180C, bake the dough around 20 minutes.
Watch your bread if it is already around 15 minutes, adjust the position if necessary.
Turn of oven and take the bread, greased with butter or milk.
