This Hijiki No Nimono contains ninjin, shitake, and ofcourse hijiki. Since no other ingredients at home, so only those 3 :)
Soak separately Hijiki and Dried Shitake.. Cut shitake and ninjin to stripes. Put goma abura in a pan, low heat. Stir in ninjin, then shitake, the last is hijiki. Add shitake water, shoyu, sake and mirin. Wait till the soup dry, sometimes stir it with spoon. after almost dry, turn off the heat and put on a lid to the pan. wait till dry. Ready to serve !!
