I forget to make a simple note on the pizza i made on last 29 Sep 2014. It is just an ordinary pizza / calzone, but this time is the first time i made the pizza dough based on Jamie Oliver's recipe. It turned out really delicious, and not time consuming. Less sticky dough.

One new thing i just noticed from this recipe is the way to combine flour with the liquid, it is so practical, using a fork, so it is really easy to clean the fork from the sticky dough. The way to combine in this recipe is a good way :) Thanks Jamie Oliver :)

1 kg high protein flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 x 7 gram yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
650 ml lukewarm water
My Step by Step :
1. Mix lukewarm water, yeast and sugar in a jug, leave for a few minutes,
2. Mix Flour & Salt, put in a large mixing bowl, make a well in the middle.
3. Pour the mixed water, yeast and sugar to the well.
4. Mix slowly using a fork, starting from the inner well, untill all flour mixed.
5. Knead untill smooth & springy.
6. Put the dough ball in the mixing bowl, the mixing bowl is greased with some oil so the dough won't stick. Grease some oil also at the dough so it won't get dried.
7. Cover the mixing bowl, wait at least 1 hour so it become doubled.
8. After the dough become doubled, knead it again if you want to use immediately, or save it in fridge. This dough can make 6 -8 medium pizza.
I made 1/4 of this recipe, and divide the dough by 2, make 2 pizza in a week. Very nice !!
