This morning i was in a hurry, but determined since last night to try baking Banana Bread based on Joy Of Baking dot Com, one of my favourite website :) 3 days ago i bought 2 pcs of banana, and this morning comes the time to make use of it :D
The merry comes when i forget to melt the butter and cool it :D so then i just quickly weight the margarine, put it in my pan, and melt it, and i greased the baking pan with some of the margarine to prepare it for baking.. i already whisked the dry ingredients and suddenly i remember about the egg ! i havent gotten it out of the fridge :D anyway i quickly took it from the fridge, and continue with my wet ingredients.. the banana mashed, and whisked it. I prepare half of the recipe, and i got a very few of batter, and i was a bit worry... but... here comes the result :
So.. i am so proud that i managed to make something for my breakfast at the same morning :D i love it :D It turned out beautiful, and even i didnt have enough time to eat it right away, and i brought some to the office and had it as my breakfast with a cup of tea.. and i share it with Christine and Hetty, and they said its delicious :D So so happy :D Thanks all :D
