Yesterday i headed home with the bread roll recipe (taken from maangchi.com) in my hand, i meant to make the bread based on that recipe at home, but i will give 3 of them cheese filling :D
The first thing i did when i arrived home at around 18.30 was "refrigerate the milk" and "took out the eggs" for my bread :D. So after i cook the rice and okazu at around 19.30, i started to heat the margarin (i used margarin instead of butter), and did the step by step shown by Maangchi at Maangchi.com.
I felt terible, i thought my batter was not working, its soooo sticky and in my eyes, its not doubled. But i kept doing the step by step, and finally, at 22.00, it was ready for oven, and.... i started to have hope :D
20 minutes after, the bread looked great !! I was soooo happy... :D its so soft and fluffy and really really delicious..!! i went sleep and dreamed about the bread :D I didn't make it so it looked alike to what Maangchi did, but i put it in the loaf pan, and this is how it look like :
